Power Berries & Stamina
Stamina is your energy level. Each time you use a tool, you will lose energy. You start the game with 100 points of Stamina (SP).
Power Berries are used to increase your maximum stamina. There are 10 Power Berries and each one you get will increase your stamina by 10 points, making your maximum possible stamina 200. Once you find one, you will eat it automatically. A flower will bloom in the "Secret Garden" at your ranch each time you eat one to indicate how many you've found.
Stamina Levels
- 100%: You are fine
- 50%: You start patting your brow
- 25%: You start panting/sweating
- 12.5%: You start stumbling
- 0%: You collapse
Once you collapse, you cannot do anymore work until you restore your stamina by eating, jumping in the hot spring, or going to bed. There is no clinic in this game.

Power Berry Locations
- Till your field with your hoe until you randomly find one.
- Till your field with your hoe until you randomly find one. Cannot be on the same day you found the first Power Berry.
- Chop the tree stumps in the mountains to randomly find one.
- Catch a fish in the fishing pond and throw the fish back in (do not eat it). You must go to the south of the pond to throw it in.
- Smash the chicken statue at the crossroads with your hammer. The hammer does not have to be upgraded. This may take multiple tries.
- During fall, ask the livestock dealer to sell one of your chickens. Then place a chicken in the pen at your ranch and the Hawker will come by to ask if you want to exchange your chicken for a Power Berry. Say yes.
- At the Harvest Festival on fall 12, bring either a fish or a Fullmoon Berry.
- Win the Egg Festival on fall 20. The prize is either a Power Berry or a Turtle Shell. Whichever one you get is random.
- During your first winter, there will be an earthquake. Go to the Goddess' Pond in the mountains and chop the right tree stump. Drop down the hole underneathe it and you will find a Power Berry.
- At the Flower Festival on spring 23, buy the Seed of Snow Flower from the Peddler for 2,000G. Then sometime during winter, go to the top of the mountain and plant it. Just use Y with it equipped next to the mound.
